Strobe Blink Fade
why does my cursor do this?
just within the past hour my curor has started blinking… fading in and out real fast like a strobe light like, what is this from?
Any recall as to what you were doing when this occurred?
The only thing I am getting right now is that the refresh rate might have been changed. Access your display settings and verify that the refresh rate is the highest that your monitor supports.
Control Panel > Display > Settings > Advanced > Monitor > Refresh rate.
It could also be that your were running some graphic intensive program that causes your screen to have some hiccups. I occasionally get a blink or two from the mouse if I open a new browser window while my TV card is running. But I have yet to experience the strobe-like effect…
