Rent Motorcycle San Jose
foreclosure and asset question?
My wife and I have a house in the Central Valley in California. We have $ 277K in a first loan (a national level, but no loan originated CW) and we have an equity line because 65k, also CW. My work is about 120 kilometers distance (San Jose, CA). We moved to San Jose last year. We have been renting our house out for the current amount of $ 1,300 per month. This includes half of our combined loan amounts, plus we have to pay rent in San Jose (2300) all on one income, mine. We're thinking we can not exclude afford to continue paying for the house, we have been struggling, but have been making payments until last month. The exclusion seems inevitable. If / when we exclude may the bank to take other assets such as two motorcycles (worth about $ 10k for both) musical equipment, cars, (they have a 05 and a Honda Accord '05 F-150 truck Ford.
