Miles Spotless
Ford F-150 flashes of light from the battery?

My1998 Ford F-150, 118,000 miles. My battery icon is flashing off and on. all my lights are flashing constantly dashlights, lights & DOMELIGHTS. Voltage needle also moves constantly between 10 and 15 volts. Truck always starts, voltage meter never goes higher or lower than normal, but is the only needle that moves constantly? Truck has new battery, and alternator, the cables are clean. The engine is flawless. Any ideas? Truck driver has a market disruption for towing accessories, belts are good. Thanks all!! Bad Ground done

This sounds like a bad spot! Check the ground wire between the engine and the truck body, and check the negative battery cable attaches to the engine! You may want to to locate the positive wire back to make sure that connections are not loose too!
