Miles Best

How many miles a week is what you really need to run if I want to be one of the best in cross country?
I am currently running 40-50 miles a week. Is that tons, or I have even a little? But again, (our 5k races are 3.1 miles), so it will not go step by my miles, because that would only lead to stress fractures .. lol, but I'm not sure how much they should do. and BTW, I do good, Colin Miller, so yes.
I think 40-50 km is a good deal … just make sure you do "count em!! After a time you could maybe up to 50-60 miles, but you know your body do what feels good! I am a girl of 15 years and the fastest in my team and I run about 38 miles in 5 days a week. so that are in the right way! ps all my miles are very hilly and you can definitely count on extra mileage. Running is a sport incredible good luck to you!

Kind of Blue $3.49 This is the one jazz record owned by people who don’t listen to jazz, and with good reason. The band itself is extraordinary (proof of Miles Davis’s masterful casting skills, if not of God’s existence), listing John Coltrane and Julian “Cannonball” Adderley on saxophones, Bill Evans (or, on “Freddie Freeloader,” Wynton Kelly) on piano, and the crack rhythm unit of Paul Chambers on bass and Jimmy C… |

While director Joel Schumacher’s film turns on his typically ambitious visual verve, its new film soundtrack recording has been paradoxically focused in sc… |
