Honda Motorcycle Cleaning Products
Is there any common household item I can use to clean my motorcycle’s carburetor?
I was told that the reason my Honda C90 may not be starting is due to a dirty carburetor. I’ve dismantled it and it doesn’t look *too* bad, but cleaning it couldn’t hurt. I was wondering if I can use common household fluids like WD40 or GT85? I don’t really have the money to be forking out on special cleaning products, even though I know they exist.
Use kerosene it is slightly gritty , not to much,a bit of lubrication from the natural oils in it. Do not run to long like that, just to clean, and will work pretty good.
